The Workshops are normally held the third Saturday of each month. But please call the number provided to confirm and make your reservation.
There is no fee to attend. Several different down payment assistance services are available for those that qualify.

NWHP’s home buyer seminars are for first time and repeat home buyers at all learning levels. The seminar is designed to be interactive with information you can actually use. Come with questions and leave with a plan!

Many down payment assistance programs require a certificate from a HUD approved housing counseling agency to receive down payment and closing cost assistance through Federal, State, County, and mortgagor grant servicers.
The seminar will be held in person from 9am-5pm at 1701 E. Woodfield Rd, Suite 312, Schaumburg, IL 60173.
