HOME REPAIR PROGRAM
Managed by the non-profit North West Housing Partnership
This program is funded by the Village of Mount Prospect. The program assists homeowners in correcting code violations & address long over-due home repairs that affect the health or safety of their families. Homeowners may qualify for repairs for up to $25,000 in and 0% interest.
Eligible improvements include: basic structural repairs, roof, doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, heating, and weatherization. Energy star materials are used where applicable. Households must meet income and other eligibility guidelines.
Suitable properties: Single family homes, condominiums, townhomes. All jobs completed by licensed and insured contractors.
