North West Housing Partnership has partnered with FRAMEWORK to provide an advantageous online option for homebuyers to receive homebuyer education online.

Once you have successfully completed the FRAMEWORK component of the education process, contact North West Housing Partnership’s to receive free homebuyer counseling. This individual free counseling session is provided by HUD certified housing counselors.
You will receive:
- first-hand industry knowledge of the homebuying process
- information for different mortgage products and service options
- downpayment grant assistance and closing cost programs
