Handyman Program parameters:
- Minor home repairs and accessibility improvements only eligible.
- Must be owner occupied.
- No income eligibility requirement.
- No age limit/restriction to apply.
- $1,000 maximum funding per applicant/property.
- Funds may not be used for aesthetic or cosmetic work.
